Kansas Politics in Flux Following Abortion Amendment Defeat

Kansas voters made national headlines earlier this month by overwhelmingly defeating a proposed amendment to the state constitution that would have cleared the way for greater restrictions on abortion - perhaps even a ban on the procedure. That has triggered speculation about key races in the November general election. KPR's Jim McLean spoke with University of Kansas political scientist Patrick Miller about the amendment vote and what it could mean for the fall elections.
