The Kansas City Chiefs face the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday in Super Bowl LIV (54). No matter what happens during the big game in Miami, one Kansas woman will make sporting history of her own. Katie Sowers will become the first woman to coach in the Super Bowl. Sowers is an assistant coach for the San Francisco 49ers, but as Greg Echlin reports, the 33-year-old has deep roots in Kansas City and in rural Kansas.
