Amazon says it sees great potential in rural America -- if Internet access is improved. In fact, better Internet access could contribute to the creation of hundreds of thousands of jobs across rural America. That's according to an analysis of the potential by Amazon and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The analysis suggests Kansas could add nearly 8,000 jobs a year with improved digital technology. Alison Flicker, a spokeswoman for Amazon, says over the next three years, rural businesses could add billions to the economy in wages and sales. Corinne Boyer (kerr-RIN BOY-er) has more.
