Judge: Kansas Must Refund Money to Ex-Pizza Hut Franchisee in Tax Dispute

A district court has ruled that Kansas should refund a former Pittsburg businessman nearly $50 million for income taxes the state said he owed after he’d moved away. From the Kansas News Service, Madeline Fox has more from Topeka.
