Kansas Oil Industry Rebounding?

The Kansas oil and gas industry knows something about booms and busts. But the bust of 2014 laid the industry flat, at least for a while. It was all the mostly small and independent operators could do just to stay afloat. Now that energy prices are on the rise, oil producers are nervously working out how, and whether, to crank up production again. Brian Grimmett, with the Kansas News Service, went to the the oil fields to learn more.
