Kansas Senator Jerry Moran remembers exactly where he was when he heard about the attacks of September 11th, 2001. But in a speech at Kansas State University today (TUE), he focused on the aftermath of the attacks and how Americans responded.  Madeline Fox, of the Kansas News Service, reports from Manhattan.
