Manhattan Flooding Displaces Hundreds

More than 300 people forced from their homes in Manhattan over the holiday weekend remain wary about when floodwaters will retreat. Madeline Fox has the story: 


Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer has declared a state of disaster emergency for Riley and four other counties, authorizing the use of state resources and personnel to assist with response and recovery efforts.
