ACLU Files Lawsuit Challenging Kansas Crosscheck System

The ACLU is filing another lawsuit against Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach. Early this week Kobach lost a lawsuit that struck down the Kansas proof of citizenship requirements for voter registration. This time, the civil rights legal group is hoping to find out whether a leak from a multi-state voter database earlier this year was an isolated incident. Kansas News Service reporter Celia Llopis-Jepsen has details.
