Kansas to Receive Multi-Million Dollar VW Clean Air Settlement

The state of Kansas is receiving $15 million dollars from a settlement with Volkswagen to help clean up the air, and officials now have a plan for how to spend it. Reporter Brian Grimmett of the Kansas News Service has the details.
