A largely complete dinosaur fossil found in central Kansas 60 years ago is back on display at the University of Kansas. The Silvisaurus condrayi is named after the Ottawa County rancher who found it in 1955, Warren Condray. The dinosaur itself was 10 feet long, three feet high and covered in natural armor. It was removed from public view several years ago as staff updated the displays, but now it's part of a new exhibit at KU's Natural History Museum. KPR's Stephen Koranda recently stopped by to see the fossil, along with KU paleontologist David Burnham.
