Secretary of State Kris Kobach’s deposition might get its much-anticipated airing in federal court today (FRI).  More procedural fumbling by his legal team in the trial over Kansas’ voter registration rules has delayed the deposition so far. Yesterday, (THUR) Sedgwick County’s elections chief was in the hot seat. Celia Llopis-Jepsen of the Kansas News Service was in the courtroom and has this report.
