EPA officials listened to a full day of testimony yesterday (WED) in Kansas City on the Trump administration’s proposal to repeal the Clean Power Plan. As Brian Grimmett of the Kansas News Service reports, dozens of citizens came to Kansas City from all over the region to testify before the panel.
