The National Chicken Council said it expected Americans to eat more than a billion chicken wings during yesterday’s (SUN) Super Bowl. But chicken producers are on the defensive against a recent batch of lawsuits accusing several of the nation’s major poultry producers of price-fixing. Harvest Public Media’s Madelyn Beck has more.
