Teacher’s Union Asks Kansas Supreme Court to Restore Tenure

The KNEA is arguing before the Kansas Supreme Court in a lawsuit to bring back tenure for public school teachers.

The largest teacher’s union in Kansas will argue at the Kansas Supreme Court this morning (WED) that thousands of teachers should have their job protections restored. Celia Llopis-Jepsen of the Kansas News Service reports.
