Political Newcomer Defeats Incumbent to Win KCK Mayoral Race

It was a close race for Kansas City, Kansas mayor last night, but director of the Board of Public Utilities David Alvey pulled ahead to win with 52 percent of the vote. Andrea Tudhope reports for the Kansas News Service.
