Secretary of State Kobach Announces Voter Fraud Conviction of a Non-Citizen

Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach has so far secured seven convictions of voters charged with casting ballots in more than one state. Now he says he's gotten his first conviction of a non-citizen for voting illegally. Dan Margolies of the Kansas News Service has more:
