The campaign to fill the congressional seat vacated by newly confirmed CIA Director Mike Pompeo is underway. Republicans, Democrats and Libertarians have all chosen their candidates and, as Amy Jeffries of the Kansas News Service reports, Republicans are treating it as an early test of President Donald Trump’s agenda.
