U.S House on Thursday Restored $3 Billion in Cuts to Crop Insurance Program

The US Senate will next consider whether to restore three billion dollars in recent cuts to the crop insurance program as part of a transportation bill.  At least one environmental group says the cuts should remain in place. Harvest Public Media’s Amy Mayer reports.
