Kansas Speedway will be open to street vehicles this Friday and Saturday in a benefit for tornado stricken areas. As Kansas Public Radio's Greg Echlin reports, monetary donations will be collected for relief efforts in Reading (RED-ing), Kansas, and Joplin, Missouri.
