Talk of a blue wave sweeping Democrats into office across the country includes even heavily Republican Kansas -- particularly the Kansas City-area congressional race.  In the 3rd District,

Republican Congressman Kevin Yoder trails Democrat Sharice Davids in several polls. Whether the district can flip to the left could turn on efforts to get out voters who usually don’t bother to show up at the polls.  From the Kansas News Service, Madeline Fox reports.
