Storm Brings Cold Temps, Snow to Kansas

A winter storm moved across Kansas, bringing with it several inches of snow and colder temperatures.  The Kansas Highway Patrol reports many highways and roads partially- to completely-covered with snow. The National Weather Service warns that north winds and cold temperatures today bring wind chill readings from five degrees above zero to eight degrees below. The good news: meteorologists have revised earlier predictions of bitterly cold temperatures for Sunday's AFC title game at Arrowhead Stadium between the Kansas City Chiefs and the New England Patriots.
