Or do you need a present for that special someone? The Internal Revenue Service is holding a public auction starting at 10 this (WED) morning in Shawnee. Eileen Foy is an IRS Property Appraisal and Liquidation Specialist. She says this particular sale could be a sports-lover's dream.
The IRS sells seized property to raise money to pay off a taxpayer’s tax debt. The Internal Revenue Code requires that seized property be sold at public auction. Today's (WED) auction is being conducted by Lindsay Auction at the Monticello Auction Center on Frisbie Road in Shawnee. Check the Lindsay Auction website for more information.
