Revamped KDOT Eco Devo Program Helped Attract Mars Chocolate

A recently revamped economic development program helped Kansas attract candy maker Mars Chocolate. The program is run by the Kansas Department of Transportation. Stephen Koranda is KPR's Statehouse reporter.
