Topeka Police Corporal David Gogian's funeral will be held at 10 o'clock Saturday morning at the Kansas Expocentre in Topeka. Officer Jeff Atherly's funeral will follow at 2 p.m. The Patriot Guard says it will be there before each service for the families.
That's Terry Houck...also known as Darkhorse. He's one of the founders of the Patriot Guard in Kansas. The group shields family members and loved ones attending funerals being picketed by members of the Westboro Baptist Church. Though Houck says he hasn't heard that church members will protest at the fallen officers' funerals, the Patriot Guard will be standing by, regardless.
