Leawood Family Loses Lawsuit over SWAT Style Raid on Their Home

A Leawood family whose home was raided five years ago by Johnson County sheriff’s deputies in a bungled and fruitless search for a marijuana growing operation lost their lawsuit. The suit alleged that the deputies violated the family’s Fourth Amendment rights. Dan Margolies of theKansas News Service has the details.
