Video of Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach answering questions about voter registration will get an airing in federal court today (THUR). It's day three of the trial over the state’s proof-of-citizenship requirement. Day two focused on what the state can reasonably ask of voters when they register to vote. Celia Llopis-Jepsen of the Kansas News Service has been monitoring the trial at the federal courthouse in Kansas City, Kansas.
