Kansas Supreme Court Rules School Funding Still Not Adequate, But Will Allow Legislature More Time

The Kansas Supreme Court says the state’s school funding plan is now equitable, but it still isn’t adequate. That conclusion comes even after legislators added hundreds of millions of dollars earlier this year. Stephen Koranda of the Kansas News Service reports.
