A week from today (TUE) lawyers for the state of Kansas and for school districts suing the state will go head to head at the Kansas Supreme Court. It’s a fight over funding and fairness that’s been going on for seven years. Celia Llopis-Jepsen and Amy Jeffries from the Kansas News Service break down some of what’s at stake in the state’s highest court next week.
