On August 7th, Johnson County election officials spent all night wrestling with equipment to tally primary ballots. Now, those problems with Johnson County’s voting machines have become an issue in the race to replace Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach. For the Kansas News Service, Celia Llopis-Jepsen reports.
