Kansas Legislature Passes Controversial Adoption Bill

The Kansas Legislature has approved a controversial measure allowing faith-based adoption agencies to be reimbursed by the state even if they turn away couples who don’t fit their religious beliefs. Madeline Fox of the Kansas News Service has the details.
