Gas Made with More Ethanol Headed to Some Pumps (Including Lawrence)

There’s a new kind of gas on the market, with more ethanol in it than the gas we usually put in our cars. That’s beneficial for corn farmers who grow the corn from which ethanol is made. The ethanol industry fought for years to bring this fuel to the market and now, they’ve won. But good luck finding it.  As Harvest Public Media’s Jeremy Bernfeld (“BURN-fell-d”) reports, even in Corn Country, pickings are slim.
