Emporia State Lady Hornets Advance in Regionals

In the NCAA Division II women's basketball tournament, Emporia State upset Washburn at the regional in Topeka.

The Lady Hornets...seeded eighth in the region...defeated the top-seeded Lady Blues, 65-58. The Lady Hornets will play Minnesota State in the semi-finals at 7 tonight (SAT) in Topeka.
