With President Donald Trump’s job approval numbers at historic lows, Democrats see an opportunity to re-take Congress in next year’s mid-term elections. And the Kansas 3rd Congressional District – represented for the last six years by Republican Kevin Yoder – is one district they have circled in red. Jim McLean of the Kansas News Service explains why.
