School shootings in Parkland, Florida, and Santa Fe, Texas, this year reignited the country’s long-running fight over gun rights. In reliably conservative Kansas, Democrats running for governor are finding themselves pulled between primary voters pushing for gun control, and general election voters eager to protect gun rights. Stephan Bisaha of the Kansas News Service reports on the tricky politics of that divide.
