Area gas prices are on the rise again, and Triple A Kansas Spokesman Jim Hanni says it's because some refineries are already changing from winter to summer oil.
Hanni says that while there are other issues contributing to the price of gasoline right now, the upward trend in prices is typical. The increases are just coming a bit earlier than normal.
