American Universities Push Veterinary Students to Learn More Spanish

About half of the people who work with livestock in the U.S. are immigrants and many speak Spanish. That’s not the case for the veterinarians guiding the farm workers. As Harvest Public Media’s Esther Honig reports, there’s a push in vet schools to open those lines of communication.
