Consumer Demand for Organic Meat Continues to Grow

The market for organic foods is continuing its explosive growth, according to new data from federal agriculture officials. That growth includes a booming market for organic and free-range meats. Harvest Public Media’s Luke Runyon reports that producers throughout the Midwest are changing their practices to meet the demand.
