KS Proposal Challenges National Health Care Policy

A bill under consideration in Topeka would make Kansas part of an effort to challenge the federal government’s authority to set health care policy.  As Jim McLean of the KHI News Service reports, supporters say it’s more than just another effort to nullify the new health reform law.
