With all eyes on the U.S. Supreme Court this week, KPR Presents brings you an hour with one of the nine members who will decide the the future of the health care reform legislation. Associate Justice Stephen Breyer was appointed to the U.S. Supreme Court by President Bill Clinton in 1994. He spoke at the Kansas City Public Library, outlining his thoughts on the role of the courts in a democracy, and talking about his latest book, Making Our Democracy Work: A Judge's View.
