The Proposed Eisenhower Memorial: Is it "Right by Ike?"

The proposed Eisenhower Memorial moved one step closer to becoming a reality last week when the U.S. Commission on Fine Arts gave next-round approval to the controversial project. Next time on KPR Presents, we'll hear from Brigadier General Carl Reddel, Executive Director of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Memorial Commission, about the proposed memorial in Washington, D.C. We'll also hear about the controversy behind the memorial, from Sam Roche of "Right by Ike," an organization that opposes the $142 million project in its current form and the process by which it was chosen.
