As almost everyone knows, Kansas is blessed with some of the most beautiful sunsets anywhere. They never last very long, but when you catch one at just the right time, it makes you want to watch it until its completely gone. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you can catch part of it with your camera. Alas, the photos can't really do justice to seeing the real thing in person. This photo was taken on the evening of December 3, 2014 from the KPR parking lot... just before the purples and pinks slipped away into the winter sky.
