Thanks to Cuts, KU Basketball Coach Owes Little in Kansas Income Taxes

Among the 334,000 small businesses in Kansas that pay no state income tax is one called BCLT II, LLC. You’ve probably never heard of it, most people haven’t. But it’s owned by the highest paid state employee in Kansas and one of the biggest names in college sports. KCUR’s Sam Zeff has uncovered what might be the biggest unintended consequence of the Brownback tax cuts.
