Report: KS One of Few States to Cut Higher Ed Funding

A national advocacy organization says Kansas is one of only a handful of states that cut funding for higher education this year.  As KPR's Stephen Koranda reports, the recently passed two-year Kansas budget includes nearly $50 million in higher ed cuts, while the majority of states actually increased or maintained higher ed spending.
