In the tiny town of Here, Kansas... time often seems to stand still. But, just like everywhere else this past weekend, the residents had to say goodbye to 2016 and hello to a brand new year. Commentator William Jennings Bryan Oleander was one of them.
Commentator William Jennings Bryan Oleander is also known as Tom Averill, author and Writer-in-residence at Washburn University in Topeka. Oleander has been a commentator on KPR for more than 25 years.
