Some Kansas lawmakers are not happy that Governor Sam Brownback’s former chief of staff is now the lobbyist for the company in line up to build a new state prison at Lansing. As Celia Llopis-Jepsen reports for the Kansas News Service, that’s prompting calls for changes in lobbying rules.
