Kansas House Approves Massive Tax Plan, Sends to Gov's Desk

Legislative estimates show it could create more than $2.5 billion in budget deficits in the next five years. Supporters of cutting taxes say it would help spur economic growth. As KPR’s Stephen Koranda tells us, an unusual chain of events led to the bill passing.
