Gas Prices Remain Low in Kansas

The national average price for a gallon of regular is $2.22. In Kansas, the average is $2.05.

Kansas is ranked among the least expensive states for gasoline prices. The average price in Kansas continues to drop following a pattern from this time last year. Jim Hanni is spokesman for the AAA of Kansas.


Kansas overall is the eighth least expensive place to buy gas across the nation this week. The national average for gas prices is down as well, by about seventeen cents a gallon.
