Democrats Courting Latinos in Western Kansas

Kansas is a red state. Western Kansas is deep red and can usually be counted upon to vote reliably Republican. But the demographics of that part of the state are changing and Democrats in western Kansas say if they can get the attention of Latinos, they could win some races. A small group of young Democrats are now working in Finney County to engage a huge group of potential voters who have long been in the background. Reporter Lisa Rodriguez visited Finney County as part of our statewide collaboration covering elections in Kansas.
