Kansas Governor Signs Order Authorizing Paid Parental Leave for State Workers

In a surprise announcement, Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer signed an executive order today (WED) providing paid parental leave for thousands of state workers. Stephen Koranda of the Kansas News Service reports.
