Two members of the Armenian military are in Kansas this week, observing the state's noncommissioned officer program. Sharon Watson is the spokeswoman for the Kansas Adjutant General's Department. She says the two are studying the Kansas National Guard program.
Watson says the soldiers are visiting Salina to take part in briefings and observe some military training.
